Proclamation

Whereas, life’s challenges, setbacks, and seasons of delay can cause many to abandon hope and believe their best days are behind them; and

Whereas, Restoration Outreach Center stands as a beacon of faith, renewal, and second chances, committed to reminding every individual that purpose is not bound by time, age, or past mistakes; and

Whereas, the theme “Dream Again: It’s Not Too Late” calls us to awaken dormant visions, restore broken dreams, and embrace the truth that God’s promises are not canceled by our circumstances; and

​

Whereas, we recognize that every person carries divine potential, and that healing, restoration, and new beginnings are available to all who choose to believe again; Now, Therefore, I, on behalf of Restoration Outreach Center, do hereby proclaim this season as a time to Dream Again, declaring that:

 

1. It is not too late to heal, to grow, and to pursue the purpose placed within you.

 

2. It is not too late to rebuild what was broken, to restore what was lost, and to step into new opportunities.

 

3. It is not too late to believe, to hope, and to expect that the best is still ahead. Let this be a clarion call to our community: Rise up, rekindle your faith, and dare to dream again — for the story is not over, and the next chapter is filled with promise.
